The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast had very limited choices and not everything was fresh. The staff was fine, except for one person at the reception that was not helpful and gave me wrong information twice that made me lose an important trip and cost me more time and money on another trip.

Easy access to piazza navona. Just walking distance from Kilo Restaurant, where you can have lunch. The hotel stands in the central location.

Convenient transportation, clean rooms This hotel is easily accessible to public transportation, allowing for easy exploration of the city. the rooms were consistently clean, and well-maintained. the hotel had a good selection of amenities, and offered a complimentary breakfast.
Poor location, outdated decor Unfortunately, the hotel is located in a less appealing neighbourhood with few restaurants and shops in walking distance. the decor is outdated and feels somewhat dingy, although it is functional and clean.

The rooms are big for a hotel in Europe.
I did not like this hotel. I would never book it again. Its is a 4 star, more like a 3 star hotel. Many negative points: 1- The room is dark, hardly any lights and the walls are dark blue so I felt claustrophobic the entire time. 2- The breakfast is absolutely awful. No variety, not enough quantities. There was practically nothing on the buffet (only the coffee was good). I could not believe that they charged me extra for it. 3- The staff is not friendly and not welcoming. 4- I have ordered a cheese platter on two consecutive nights - it was different every single time! 5-The location is bad, you need 25 minutes by bus to get to the center. It is residential secluded area. 6-The walls are very thin, I could hear other guests talking in other rooms. 7-No extra service for a supposed 4 star hotel, I had to take my luggage to my room. No shower gel in the bathroom, very basic.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet residential area but still close to bus stops and train stations. It was so convenient to explore all the historical sites in the area. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and an in-room safe. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The dining area and lounge were also great, providing a cozy spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The wi-fi was reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. I was thoroughly impressed with the comfort and quality of this hotel.
I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

The price was very fair for the time we spent in Rome, and the location was 3 km from Termini station so it was good.

The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood, making the price more affordable. It is a comfortable base for exploring Rome, with easy access to the main road for grabbing a cab or city bus. the rooms are well-decorated and the staff is kind and accommodating. the American-style buffet breakfast offers a variety of options to start the day.
Some staff members were reported to be rude and inattentive.

The staff was nice
One of he beds had all the signs of bed bugs. I switched rooms, was given the key to an occupied room, then a third room which had ants in bathroom and no hot water. The breakfast was cold. The entire hotel is run down except the lobby it is not what the pictures seem. Wondered why there were no pictures of the guest rooms...now I know why. We left before our prepaid stay was over. I had to stay the first night you couldn't pay me to stay another. Save your money.

We were in town for a wedding that took place on the north of the city. We wanted to avoid the center, so we selected Hotel Borromini due to its location convenient to the reception.
The room was really dirty and we were extremely uncomfortable for our stay.

The room is spacious and the price good. The electrical blinds can darken the room quite well, for a good sleep. When they work.
Wifi, although free, is absolutely useless, the worst I've ever seen since the modem-era (it was faster and more stable then). Breakfast is rather poor, the staff polite but slow, the hotel overall needs an update, most power outlets in the room are broken and so were the blinds, the radiator in the bathroom was on, despite the 30C temperature outside.
